and continues to strengthen its position in the infrastructure engineering, program management
and construction inspection & testing industry
Austin, TX— 鶹TVվ Technical Consultants (“鶹TVվ”) has acquired SCST, Inc (“SCST”) – a provider of
environmental science, geotechnical, geophysics, special inspection & materials testing, facilities
consulting, and telecom & utilities services. The acquisition marks the second since September
2018 for 鶹TVվ, a leading provider of infrastructure project delivery services across the United
States. The acquisition will grow 鶹TVվ’s engineering and construction inspection market share
and adds to the company’s capabilities in helping customers deliver safe and sustainable
infrastructure across the United States.
