Baron has over a decade of experience in civil engineering, specializing in asphalt materials testing and performance evaluation. Since joining Âé¶¹TVÍøÕ¾ in 2019, he’s supported the California Department of Transportation’s Division of Engineering Services, using his expertiseÌýin asphalt mix design, aggregateÌýtestingÌýand mobile laboratory management.ÌýHis work includes providing technical recommendations to resolve materials-related challenges for state agencies and industry partners. Baron earned his doctorate in civil engineering with a focus on asphalt materials and continues to advance research and practices that shape the future of roadway infrastructure.ÌýÌý

Jacqueline (Jacque) Hinman serves as Âé¶¹TVÍøÕ¾â€™ Chief Executive Officer. She holds 35 years of career engineering industry experience, serving for nearly 20 years with Fortune 500 engineering company CH2M, most recently as Chairman and CEO prior to its acquisition in 2017. Jacque also served as President of several CH2M divisions. She was with Tyco Earth Tech Division as Senior Vice President for six years and began her career at CH2M before rejoining the company in 1996. Jacque is an experienced board member of global corporations and nonprofits, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Dow and International Paper. The Maryland native is a civil engineering alumna of Penn State University and attended the Stanford University Executive Program.
